✍️ A Note from Our Founder

I started Edge Sports Co as a parent who simply wanted to help my kids improve without the pressure of expensive coaching or competitive clubs.

I saw how much they loved their sports — but I also saw how hard it was to give them consistent, structured practice at home.

So I built what I wished existed: affordable, high-quality training kits designed for real families, real backyards, and real growth.

How quickly will I receive my plan?

Your custom plan is generated right after purchase. You’ll receive a branded email with a secure download link within minutes.

Is the plan really tailored to my child?

Yes. When you choose your child’s sport, age group and focus, our system builds a plan from age-appropriate drills created by real youth coaches. No two plans are the same.

Do I need special equipment?

No. Most sessions can be done with just a ball and a bit of open space. We include simple household swaps if you don’t have cones, ladders or timers. Premium plans include the Pro Edge Pack shipped to you.

How long are the sessions and how often should we train?

Each session runs between 20-40 minutes. We recommend 3 sessions per week, but you can adjust based on your child’s schedule and energy levels.

Can my child do this without me?

Our plans are designed for parent–child involvement, but many drills can also be done solo. Younger athletes benefit most when a parent joins in, times drills, or gives encouragement.

What if I’m not satisfied with the plan?

You’re covered by our Edge Guarantee—if you’re not happy within 7 days, we’ll refund you in full.
